About the building
Adriatic Horizon Residence is a new-build residential building by BM Development d.o.o., with 49 apartments over a ground floor and five upper floors, two small commercial units on the ground floor and two levels of underground parking. The project has an approved main building permit.
Every apartment has its own terrace or balcony. From Ilino you walk to Šušanj beach in about 6 minutes and to Bar centre in about 14 minutes, with supermarkets, a pharmacy and a school within roughly 300–500 m. Read more in our Bar guide.
Parking and buying
The building has 51 underground parking spaces on levels −1 and −2, available at €20,000 per space. Parking is optional, and many daily needs are within walking distance anyway.
