Ilino itself is a quiet residential quarter. You are close enough to walk to the beach and the town centre (about 1.1 km, roughly 14 minutes on foot), but far enough from the busiest areas to enjoy calm evenings.
For many residents this is the best of both worlds: a quiet street to come home to, and the life of the promenade a few minutes away.

Families like Šušanj for its relaxed atmosphere and the space along the promenade. Children can play by the water while parents sit in the shade of a beach bar, and supermarkets, a pharmacy and a school are only about 300–500 m from Ilino.
Šušanj through the seasons
In July and August the beach is lively, with beach bars open and families from across the region. In spring and autumn the sea is still pleasant for swimming on warm days and the beach is much quieter.
In winter the promenade remains a favourite place for walks in the sun – Bar has about 270 sunny days a year and mild winters. Because Bar is a real town, cafés and shops nearby stay open all year.
Living 500 m from the beach also means you can go for a swim early in the morning before the day gets warm, or walk down for the sunset after dinner – without needing a car or worrying about parking.
